This year went by in a flash I’m sure you’ll agree! But it is at this time of year that we like to become quiet for a while, and reflect on all that we have to be grateful for here at The O Company.
Firstly let’s look at the highlights and everything we’ve achieved this year.
The year started off with a bang as we set up décor for 2500 people at the J&B MET 2015. What an amazing event!
Another exciting event was the Queen’s Plate, décor in blue, white, silver and some more blue.
We’re proud about our revamped Logo and Website that happened this year.
The O Company did the table décor for the Single Parents Helping Hands function.
Wonderful events organised at Newlands Stadium.
In March, we were involved in the Hero Challenge in Durbanville and really enjoyed setting up the Photo corner. What a great Vibe!
Many site inspections for clients, venue sourcing and negotiations, supplier sourcing and management, event budgets for clients, delegate management, establishing timelines, selecting and reserving event sites, acquiring permits, planning food, coordinating transportation, developing themes, arranging activities, selecting speakers and keynotes, arranging equipment and facilities, managing clients risk, developing contingency plans, on the day event coordination, venue setups, product launches, corporate functions, year-end parties, 21st birthday parties, meetings, conventions, trade shows, team building …
Plus walking that extra mile …
